Friends, Family, Fitness, Flexibility, Fertility, Fortitude, and Fulfillment

As one developer here at BBYL Elite Bionutrients, I feel compelled to explain our purpose and about us.  A lifelong journey of ups, downs, highs, and lows brought me into my 40's.  A pandemic behind us and a body ravaged by mistreatment. Alcohol, cigarettes, stress, unhealthy eating, laziness, low motivation, low libido, inflammation, head fog, tiredness, and generally unhappiness with everything left me feeling hopeless and in a position of acceptance to the deterioration of my health. 

Mentally full of self-doubt, crippled by procrastination and fear. Spiritually defined by the self-pity of how life could produce such results.  Physically on a declining road with high cortisol levels, borderline diabetes, pre-signs of heart disease, liver and kidney issues, immune deficiency, and crippling inflammation.  Feeling sorry for me yet, no need I did that for myself.

During the lockdown, I asked my father how he made it through being drafted into the Army and sent to war.  His response changed my life when he said "The fear goes away when you already accept your death".  As you can imagine, this brought on many emotions and led me to consult my closest friend.  This friend, being a Marine and having spent and seen more in Afghanistan than any of our youth should ender, my father's sentiments were echoed.

I removed the fear of death and decided to fight like hell for my life, health, and happiness.  Lucky for me, that Marine and close friend shared the secrets of mental, physical, and spiritual training.  Not a day I didn't want to give up, take it easy, have some celebratory drinks, and party but I knew I had a purpose and a goal.  I couldn't allow myself to give up or make excuses anymore because I could see the commitment and unwavering strength in these Veterans and so many before me.

This has been a long and expensive journey through medical, spiritual, learning, abstaining, lifestyle; diet and fitness, positivity and gratitude.

Now if you would let me indulge in my progress and gratitude.  In these 3 years, all signs of ailments have been released. Insulin levels are at a 2.8, no measurable immune issues, Cortisol levels are down to acceptable levels, Testosterone levels increased, cholesterol trending down, inflammation is gone, Gut health and digestion repairing, and mental and spiritual states are clearer than ever.  None of this was accomplished on my own and I will forever be in debt to those that helped.
